The key service offered by the SCF Group is that of a Fully Managed UK Company where-by we register your Company, act as the legal and accountancy daily administrators, liase on your behalf with the Inland Revenue, Companies House and HM Customs & Excise, maintain the registered office, company minutes and in fact everything necessary to provide you with a fully functional UK company – The only thing this Package doesn’t do is carry out your actual business!
The Fully Managed UK Company Package
• The Appointment of a Qualified Accountant to act as the Company Secretary
• The opening up of a UK Bank Account with access provisions agreed by both SCF, the Bank and Beneficial Owners
• A Full Management Agreement setting out the rights and obligations of all parties
• The provision (if required) of UK Corporate and Shareholder Nominees
• The provision of a London Registered Office Address for Service of Process and Official Mail
• The application and obtaining of a UK VAT Number for your Company
• The maintenance of all requisite Company Minutes, ongoing Companies House submissions, 363 Annual Returns, AGM preparation
• The annual submission of the Inland Revenue CT600 Form
• The management of the Company’s VAT submissions, payments and VAT reclamations on a monthly or quarterly basis
• The maintenance of the Company’s accounts (up to a standard maximum of 500 input and output transactions per annum for companies with a turnover of less than £300,000.00 p.a.), supported by a quarterly report ready for the submission to the Inland Revenue and the Corporate Tax calculation. Accountancy information will be maintained in either a SAGE or Quick Books format
• Appointment, if required or appropriate, of Auditors
• Advice on general UK tax mitigation and the Company’s maintenance by a dedicated Company Accountant
Set-up and Annual Maintenance Costs £4,250.00 + VAT
The Fully Managed UK Company Option
+ Trading Office Package
This Package is identical to the Fully Managed UK Company Option save that it includes SCF actually providing the day-to-day trading, telephone answering, website management, order reconciliation, invoice issuing and trading office facilities for your UK company operation. • NB1: UK Managed Companies are governed both by the general terms & conditions of SCF Legal & Corporate Management Services Limited and by the dedicated Managed Company Agreement available from your SCF Consultant
• NB2: Should there be any conflict between the general and dedicated Managed Company Agreement the provisions, terms and conditions of the latter shall prevail
• NB3: Where non-managed company accountancy services are provided they will be governed by the general terms and conditions
• NB4: Trading companies will require a non-refundable.
