(b) Payment of all Government duties both for the initial formation and annual return

(d) 8 Hardcopy Memorandum & Articles of Association
(e) Unlimited issued share capital – subject to payment of Stamp Duties
(f) Unlimited allotted share capital – subject to payment of Stamp Duties
(g) Issuance of appropriate Share Certificates
(h) Hardcopy First Minutes
(i) A Company Leaver Seal – A requirement under Irish law
(j) An Irish Registered Office Address
(k) Annual submission of the Company’s Annual Return to the Companies Registration Office

Our Annual Maintenance Fee is exactly the same as the initial incorporation Fee of €399.00 + VAT and includes the preparation of required Minutes, Annual Submission, payment of Government Duties, an Irish Registered Office Address for Service of Process Mail and preparation of Non-Trading Accounts*

* A Registered Office Address is an address supplied to official bodies such as Companies Registration Office and the Irish Revenue Commissioners together with being the address where 3rd parties can send official mail relating to court actions.  Non-Trading accounts will be produced as part of your company package free of charge ready for submission to the Companies Registration Office in Dublin.
